We are riding our way into a big final weekend of the Brisbane Cycling Festival with the Active Lifestyle Expo presented by Optus, AusCycling Esports National Championships and Tour de Brisbane.
Later this week, we’ll see the Australian champions crowned in our sport’s newest discipline, cycling esports.
In just its second year, the 2025 AusCycling Esports National Championships return to The Cube, QUT.
What’s new for 2025 is that masters and junior riders will contest their own championships. Those will be held on Thursday, with one all-in race for men and another for women. The top finishers in each age category will win their respective national titles.
On Friday night, it’ll be the main event – the Open Men’s and Open Women’s races.
The Active Lifestyle Expo presented by Optus is open Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 8am-3pm at the South Bank Cultural Forecourt. There is fun for the whole family with roaming entertainment all day, BMX Freestyle Shows, rock-climbing wall and face painters for kids plus so much more. Best of all, it's FREE to enjoy.
Enjoy the ultimate active day out exploring the latest and greatest cycling technology, products and trends, as well as new and established health and fitness brands. You'll find FE Sports, Guzman Y Gomez, Optus, Red Bull, Pit Viper and many more.
