2025 BRISBANE CYCLING FESTIVAL

Do you have an event or activity you'd like to include in next year's program?

The event or activity will need to be held during the festival period.

Activities can include organised rides, skill sessions, training camps, nutrition courses and more. Activities or events can be free to participate in or include a registration fee.

Our affiliated events program is FREE to be involved in - register your event or activity today.

Events will be promoted through the festivals marketing initiatives.

THE FINER DETAILS

  • The event or activity must take place between Friday 21st March – Sunday 13th April 2025.
  • The event or activity must be held within the Greater Brisbane Region.
  • The applicant must supply a Public Liability / Certificate of Currency.
  • Add the Brisbane Cycling Festival's logo onto your event/activity promotion.
  • Display Brisbane Cycling Festival's signage/promotional items at your event/activity.
  • Provide Brisbane Cycling Festival with high-resolution logo (with transparent background) and 2 x photos for promotional items.
  • Provide Brisbane Cycling Festival with registration/participation numbers after the event/activity.
  • Add Brisbane Cycling Festival as a co-host on the events/activity Facebook event/s (if possible).
